Embodied Meditation Classes (Online)

.

every tother Tuesday

Welcome to a space of stillness, connection, and deep embodiment.
Our Embodied Meditation Classes are an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to your body — the gateway to presence.

Embodied meditation recognizes that spirituality is not something we find outside ourselves — it lives in our breath, our sensations, and even our struggles. Through gentle awareness of the body, we begin to touch what my teacher Judith Blackstone calls Fundamental Consciousness — a felt sense of spirit, stillness, and wholeness that is always present, quietly holding all things.

This awareness helps us:

  • Feel grounded and alive in the body

  • Access clarity and calm, even in the midst of chaos

  • Let go of tension, fear, and defensiveness

  • Awaken creativity and intuitive wisdom

  • Relate to others with more openness and authenticity

  • Gently rebuild safety and presence after trauma

These monthly sessions offer both guided meditation and simple embodied practices designed to support your nervous system, awaken inner stillness, and foster connection — within and with others.
