The Discovery Call Before we begin, we meet for a 15-minute Discovery Call. This is a space to map your intentions, feel into our resonance, and ensure the timing is right for your journey. We move only when the alignment is clear.

• On Your Session Day: Please arrive fresh and wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Every session begins with a co-created intake to clarify your intentions, boundaries, and the role of the breath in our work for the day.

• Investment & Commitment: All sessions are confirmed upon 100% advance payment via credit card or bank transfer.

• Cancellations: I honor your time and mine. Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance receive a 90% refund. Within 48 hours, 50% is refunded. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable (excepting medical emergencies).
