I believe that everything in the universe is made of energy, and that our true power lies in aligning with this flow. Yet, often, layers of conditioning, expectation, and past experiences create masks that block this vital connection, dimming our light and limiting our potential.

I’m Asteroid (also known as Astrid).

For much of my life, I wore masks—trying to fit into boxes that felt too tight, silencing my truth to stay safe, to belong, to avoid being “too much.” Yet beneath it all, I felt the tension of two fighters inside me: one rebellious, playful, and unconventional; the other seeking to conform, to fit, to follow the rules. I was too restless, too unconventional, too alive to fully settle anywhere.

It wasn’t until my 40s that life asked me to face the truths I had long avoided. Breathwork, dearmouring, Lomi Lomi, shadow work, and somatic practices led me through trauma, intimacy fears, and old patterns. And I discovered my blind spot: I had not fully owned my sexuality or the subtle, potent power it carries. Sexuality is life. Life-force. It pulses through every cell, waiting to be reclaimed.

This unmasking didn’t make me perfect—it made me real.

Now, my work is to hold sacred space for others to return to their bodies, their truth, and their freedom. To live unarmored, expressed, and fully alive.
