Public Code of Ethics — Astrid Hübner
For NTB Breathwork, Dearmouring, Sacred Intimacy, Lomi Lomi Bodywork, Energy Work & Coaching
I work with NTB Breathwork, Embodied Sexuality, Dearmouring, Lomi Lomi Bodywork, Coaching and energetic/therapeutic/somatic tools. My work is rooted in trauma-awareness, clear consent, and personal accountability. I publish this Code publicly because transparency protects clients, partners, and the integrity of the work.
1. Integrity & Authenticity
I commit to honesty, transparency, and authenticity in all professional interactions.
I acknowledge my human limitations and do not claim false authority or mastery.
I actively refine my embodiment, emotional maturity, and nervous system regulation to hold safe spaces.
I commit to empowerment-centered practice, focused on the client’s strength, sovereignty, and capacity for growth.
2. Consent & Boundaries
Consent is active, explicit, and ongoing; it can be withdrawn at any time without justification.
Clients are never pressured into any practice, touch, or experience.
No touch occurs without prior agreement, including clothing and nudity choices.
All intimate or genital touch requires prior discussion and consent via a Special Consent Addendum.
Dearmouring sessions: I remain fully clothed unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
Tantric Bodywork sessions: Clothing consists of underwear, pareo/sarong.
3. Safety & Trauma Awareness
I create an environment where clients feel safe to explore, release, and heal.
I recognize that trauma may surface and commit to responding with compassion, presence, and appropriate tools.
I maintain clear session structures, boundaries, and aftercare guidance for integration.
I screen for conditions requiring clinical or medical oversight (psychosis, suicidal crisis, acute illness) and refer out when necessary.
4. Sexual & Relational Boundaries
I do not engage sexually with clients during sessions.
I do not seek or initiate romantic or sexual relationships with clients.
To protect both client and practitioner, I will not enter into sexual or romantic relationships with a client for at least 12 months after the professional relationship ends (aligned with sexological bodywork standards).
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All sessions are confidential.
Notes or sensitive data (health/sexual history) are stored securely and only with explicit consent.
I comply with Swiss data protection law (FADP) and GDPR principles: explicit, recorded consent is required for processing personal/health/sexual data.
No images, stories, or identifying details are shared without written consent.
6. Non-Discrimination
I welcome all clients, regardless of sexual orientation, culture, spiritual background, or relationship style.
I commit to equality, inclusion, and respect at all times.
7. Professional Responsibility
I commit to continuous learning, embodiment, and supervision to ensure integrity in my practice.
I seek guidance, peer support, or professional referral when necessary.
I remain accountable for my actions, words, and energy in all sessions.
8. Grievance & Accountability
Complaints and concerns are taken seriously.
I maintain an independent route for grievances and a documented supervision/mediation process.
