You’ve held it together for everyone else — but lost touch with yourself. Some pain doesn’t respond to talking. It lives in the body. This 4-day online journey guides you to: Release habitual tension and holding patterns, Awaken small, honest movements that reveal your truth, Liberate emotions safely through movement and breath. When you finally let go of what your body’s been holding you feel lighter, softer, more present — and fully alive.

🜁 Day 1 — SEE
Meet the hidden places within. Gentle movement, somatic scanning, and micro-movements of truth help you notice where your body holds tension and unspoken feelings. Begin to release buried emotions like shame, fear, grief, and guilt and melt tension from chest, belly, hips, and shoulders, gently awakening awareness of your inner landscape.
🜂 Day 2 — OPEN
Soften through somatic dance, expressive micro-movements, and NTB Breath, release habitual holding patterns and move with softness, freedom, and grounded power. Open chest, throat, and hips, creating space for honesty, presence, and healing emotional wounds through your body, not your mind.
🜃 Day 3 — EXPRESS
Liberate the emotions held inside. Full-body expressive movement, NTB breath, and somatic energy flow allow sadness, fear, anger, and longing to move. Rediscover coordination, balance, and flow as your vitality awakens and your inner truth emerges. Calm your nervous system and feel safe again while expressing yourself fully.
🜄 Day 4 — INTEGRATE
Anchor your newfound honesty and freedom. Combined movement, Breath, and grounding practices reconnect body, breath, and heart — integrating emotional liberation into clarity, presence, and self-alignment. Awaken sensuality, confidence, and joy as you dance and move freely — no mirrors, no pressure, embodying your full, authentic self.
